Sandhill Cranes

Sandhill Cranes are found, usually in pairs, all over where we live. In neighborhoods, school and shopping areas. This is the third place in Florida I've lived and had never seen them before. I LOVE them and have taken a lot of pictures. These two were in our front yard! They have a wonderful and loud trumpet-like call that we hear mostly in the evenings as they fly low nearby. I read that they mate for life :)
